Recipe for a delicious tiramisu mousse made with Quescrem mascarpone, ideal for filling any type of pastry or confectionery. It has a characteristic and intense taste of Italian tiramisu.

500 g Mascarpone Quescrem
400 g cream 35% M.G.
150 g sugar
40 g egg yolk
1 tablespoon soluble coffee
15 g almond liqueur
In a bowl, place the egg yolks together with the sugar, cook the yolks in a bain-marie until they are white.
Add the almond liqueur, beat for a few more seconds and remove from the bain-marie.
Leave to cool and add the mascarpone Quescrem and cream, beat until it is smooth and lump-free.
Add the soluble coffee and mix.
Place in a piping bag with a nozzle, fill in the desired pieces and sprinkle with cocoa.
