Emmentaler from Emmi is authentic Swiss Cheese. It is a creamy pale yellow cow's milk cheese with characteristic large holes. Although duplicated by many nations that call it “Swiss Cheese” true Emmentaler must be produced in the Emme Valley of Switzerland.
